Merchants such as gas stations, hotels, and rental car companies cannot predict the final amount of a sale. Such merchants typically reserve a larger amount so that the merchant is assured they will be able to cover the final purchase amount.
For gas station transactions, we recommend that you pay for gas inside at the register with your Suvi card.
If you qualify for FundMe, based on your FundMe limit, FundMe may be able to cover up to an additional $200 in purchase transactions. This may enable the original authorization and for you to be able to continue making transactions.
