I lost my card or it was stolen. How do I get a replacement card?

To protect your account, if your card is lost or stolen, please immediately go to the settings page in the Suvi mobile app or suvicash.com and click ‘Replace my Card.’ We will immediately deactivate your card and issue you a digital replacement card with a new 16 digit number. You will also receive a physical card in the mail.

Your digital replacement card will be immediately available for purchase transactions.

Please also check your transaction history. If you find any unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately.
